How much does it cost?

Play the St John Ambulance Weekly Lottery from just £5 per month, giving you one entry into every weekly draw. Each entry costs £1 per week.

How does my payment help St John Ambulance?

Of your £5 monthly payment, £4.34 covers your lottery entry and £0.66 is a donation towards St John Ambulance's lifesaving work. The donation portion is eligible for Gift Aid.

How does the lottery work?

You'll receive a unique lottery number for each entry you purchase. Your numbers will then be automatically entered into each weekly draw while your payments remain up to date.

How do I pay?

You can join securely by Direct Debit, with payments protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.

When is the draw?

Draws take place every Friday.

What can I win?

Every Friday, one player wins £500 and 20 players each win £5. There's also a rollover jackpot that starts at £100 and increases by £100 each week until it is won, up to a maximum of £5,000.

What are my chances of winning?

Each entry has an estimated 1 in 125 chance of winning a prize. Actual odds vary depending on the number of entries in each draw.

How will I know if I've won?

We'll contact you if you win. You can also check the latest winning numbers on the lottery website's results page.

The Direct Debit Guarantee

• The Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay Direct Debits.
• If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your Direct Debit, the organisation will notify you (normally 10 working days) in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request the organisation to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.
• If an error is made in the payment of your Direct Debit, by the organisation or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.
• If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when the organisation asks you to.
• You can cancel a Direct Debit at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify the organisation.

Players must be aged 18 or over and physically located in Great Britain.
